• Guests must provide names and ID numbers/photos for HOA and security requirements.
• Note: The elevator will be non-functional due to maintenance from November 11 to December 15, 2025.
• Optional add-ons (extra cost): Pack-n-play ($10/night), in-house massages, mid-stay cleaning, ATV and Catamaran tours, yoga classes, and grocery delivery.
