Built in 1895, this fully renovated gem invites you to step into a slice of history where vintage charm seamlessly blends with modern comforts. Whether you are seeking peaceful relaxation or coastal adventures, this beautiful historic home offers a perfect escape for families and friends to make lasting memories by the sea.

The property features a thoughtful layout designed for group gatherings. The main house provides three comfortable bedrooms, including a tranquil master retreat with a king-sized bed, one room with two twin beds, and another with a full-sized bed. Complementing the main residence is a separate ensuite bunkhouse located in the back garden, which sleeps up to six guests with two bunk beds (full-size on bottom, single on top). In total, the property offers 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Inside the main house, original hardwood floors and period details create a warm and inviting atmosphere. For those seeking inspiration, the third floor hosts a private viewing room with a large picture window offering panoramic ocean views—ideal for board games or a glass of wine. Outside, you can relax on the expansive wrap-around porch with seating and a dining table perfect for fresh lobster bakes. The grounds also feature a gas grill and a cozy fire pit for evening s'mores under the stars.

Located just a block from the ocean, the cottage is situated in a vibrant summer community where children ride bikes to the nearby beach and adults stroll along Shore Road to admire the breathtaking rocky coastline.
