Sleeping Arrangements The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. The sleeping configuration includes 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

You are just a stone's throw from local shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the market, all of which are within walking distance. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the coast. For those traveling further, the Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport is approximately 15 minutes by car, and the Béziers train station is about 20 minutes away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Guests can choose between self check-in or a personalized welcome. Please be aware that the property is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed. Cleaning is included in your stay.

A security deposit starting from 150 EUR is required via bank card pre-authorization; you will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete the online check-in and register your card. Please note that access to the property cannot be granted if the deposit is not secured.

Optional extras include a baby equipment package (travel cot and high chair) for €15 per stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability for an extra charge of €40. Arrivals after 11:00 PM requiring in-person check-in will incur a €40 fee.
