The sleeping area is equipped with suitable bedding and a quiet fan to ensure a restful night, while the living space is enhanced by reversible air conditioning and additional heating to keep the temperature ideal throughout the year. For your entertainment and connectivity, the home includes a TV and included Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring a fridge, microwave, and a full set of dishes and utensils. To make your arrival even more seamless, bed linen and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a welcome kit and end-of-stay cleaning already included in their stay.

Located in the Occitanie region, the apartment is situated in a lively neighborhood during the summer months while remaining on a quiet street. Practical details include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Your pets are welcome, though dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Please note that the property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM). A security deposit of 150 EUR is required via bank card pre-authorisation during the online check-in process two days before arrival.

Optional baby equipment, including a travel cot and high chair, is available for €15 per stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability for an extra charge of €40.
