The layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light. The ground floor features a bright living room complete with a cozy sofa and dining area, alongside an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. This level offers direct access to the private enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, which includes a lounge set and an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Upstairs, the first floor houses 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom equipped with a shower and WC.

While the property is well-appointed for your comfort, please note that based on the official amenity list, general facility specifications are limited. However, the home is equipped for a seamless stay with high-quality room details including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils.

Located in the quiet and sought-after Casino / Mouettes / Elysées area, Villa Bianca is ideally situated between Sérignan and Valras-Plage. Guests will enjoy a family-friendly environment just a few minutes from the beach, local shops, and restaurants, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Occitanie region.
