The villa is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor features a master suite complete with a queen-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private shower room. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and ample storage, along with a dedicated children’s bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. The heart of the home is a bright living room featuring large patio doors that invite natural light, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

While the structured amenity list is minimal, the property is fully outfitted for a premium stay. The interior boasts full air-conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and dishwasher, as well as Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle, and a toaster. A dedicated utility room houses a washing machine, ironing board, and water softener. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed, landscaped garden with outdoor furniture and two private outdoor parking spaces.

Located in the peaceful "Les Jardins de Sérignan" neighborhood, the villa provides a calm environment with convenient access to local attractions. You are approximately 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Valras-Plage, the Sérignan Contemporary Art Museum, and Carrefour Sérignan. The Sérignan town center is about 8 minutes away, while the Polygone Béziers shopping center, Béziers train station, and Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport are all within a 20-minute drive.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and the property does not accept groups of young people. The villa is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM). A security deposit starting from 150 EUR is required via bank card pre-authorisation during online check-in. Additional options include baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) for €15 per stay, and early check-in or late check-out for €40, subject to availability. Late arrivals after 11:00 PM incur a €40 charge if in-person check-in is required.
