The minimum booking age is 18+. Pets are not allowed.

Important Notices: Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests, including children and infants. Additionally, please be aware that the property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through January 2026. During this period, balconies will be closed, and guests should expect associated noise and dust. Please verify balcony access for your specific dates prior to booking.
