The lodge is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a serene double bedroom and a cosy twin room. For your convenience, there are two modern bathrooms, one of which features a relaxing bathtub ideal for long soaks after a day spent exploring the outdoors.

Inside, the open-plan living area is warm, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished with soft tones and natural textures that create a calming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy slow mornings with coffee at the dining table or unwind within the cosy lounge seating. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for a relaxed stay and home-cooked meals.

One of the highlights of the property is the large private terrace. Here, you can take in serene lake views and experience true relaxation in your own private hot tub, whether you are watching sunrise reflections over the water or spending peaceful evenings under the stars.

Located in the heart of Yorkshire, the lodge is just a short distance from the historic city of York and the independent shops and cafés of Pocklington. Guests can explore the nearby Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve or visit York's world-famous attractions, including York Minster and The Shambles. The park is easily accessible via the A1079 and is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from York.

• Parking: One designated parking space is available to the side of the lodge for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles may drop off luggage at the lodge but must park in the main car park. Strictly no parking on the grass.
• House Rules: Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on the park site.

Guests also have access to the wonderful facilities at the Lodge Park, including JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, a 9-hole golf course, a driving range, and a children's play park.
