Designed for families or groups, the property features 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The layout provides an abundance of characterful details, starting with an inviting hallway featuring mosaic tiled flooring and an ornate staircase. Guests can relax in two generous reception areas: a main living room with a glorious bay window and a cozy log burner, and a second sitting room known as "The Snug," which offers a decorative fireplace, a full-size desk for remote work, and a surround-sound cinema setup.

The heart of the home is the large dining kitchen, featuring a sleek modern electric AGA and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. Bi-fold doors open directly onto a delightful enclosed patio garden, perfect for summer barbecues or morning coffee. A utility room and cloakroom provide added practical convenience. Upstairs, you will find three well-proportioned bedrooms and a luxurious family bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and walk-in rain shower. Notably, the bed in bedroom 3 is a zip & link, allowing it to be configured as a super-king or twins upon request. The top floor is a dedicated sanctuary, hosting a spacious main bedroom suite with tranquil roof-light views and a private en-suite.

Located in Northumberland, the home is within easy reach of Hexham’s welcoming shops, cafés, and historic attractions like the iconic Hexham Abbey. For those exploring the outdoors, the property is close to the world-famous Hadrian’s Wall and the Northumberland National Park. Hexham Train Station is a 20-minute walk away, providing direct services to Newcastle upon Tyne, Carlisle, and beyond.
