To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No extra overnight guests are allowed without prior host approval (additional cost of $25.00 per guest)
• Guests are expected to be courteous, clean up after themselves, and take out the trash
• Guests will be charged for any damaged sheets, towels, or broken items

Practical details include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that the main guest or booker must be at least 24 years of age and must provide a copy of a valid ID card before or at the time of check-in. Pets are welcome to join you on your trip.
