The villa is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of up to 6 people. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated with hotel-quality mattresses and super-soft cotton sheets. The first bedroom features a King Tempurpedic bed, an ensuite bath, a private balcony, and a chaise lounge. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen Heavenly beds and its own ensuite bath. For additional guests, the living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

This luxury residence is packed with high-end details, including an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, VitaMix blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Guests can enjoy the fresh island air on two large covered and screened balconies, one of which features a private BBQ. For entertainment and connectivity, the home is equipped with Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, AppleTV, and high-speed WiFi. To ensure a seamless stay, all rooms feature new Mitsubishi air conditioning and the property is equipped with a full backup generator to provide automatic power during island outages.

Outside, you will find a shared saltwater infinity-style pool and lounge area located directly below the unit, which is shared with five other luxury villas. The property also provides beach chairs, coolers, and re-freezable ice mats for your adventures. Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway.

Situated right in Cruz Bay, the location is unbeatable. You are just minutes away from the area's best bars, restaurants, and shopping. While the villa is located far enough to provide serenity, it remains a quick 10-15 minute walk to town, though guests should be aware that the walk back up is a steep hill. For those preferring not to walk, taxis are readily available or Jeeps can be rented.
