The villa is designed for maximum comfort and luxury. Sleeping arrangements include two spacious bedrooms and a living area to accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom features a King Tempurpedic mattress, an ensuite bath, and a private balcony with a chaise lounge for quiet mornings. The second bedroom offers two Queen Heavenly beds and its own ensuite bath. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Every room is equipped with new Mitsubishi Air Conditioning, and all beds feature hotel-quality mattresses with super-soft cotton sheets.

Enjoy an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, VitaMix blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The living space is powered by high-speed WiFi and entertainment options including Smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, and AppleTV. Outside, you will find two large covered and screened balconies, including a private BBQ area for alfresco dining.

Located in Cruz Bay, the property is just a 10-15 minute walk to the island's best bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations, though guests should be aware that the walk back is a steep hill. For those preferring not to walk, taxis are readily available or a Jeep can be rented. To ensure a seamless stay, the villa includes a full backup generator to automatically provide power during island outages.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all neighbors, quiet hours are enforced after 10:00 PM. No parties, disruptive gatherings, or excessive noise are allowed; violations are strictly enforced by the association and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Only guests on the rental reservation are permitted on the property without prior written approval from the host.
