The sleeping arrangements across the estate are generous: the main house features a primary suite with a king bed, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower, as well as a sleeping area with two twin beds. Additional rooms include a queen bedroom on the main floor, four upper-level bedrooms (three kings and one queen), and a basement level featuring a bedroom with three bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a separate queen sleeping area. The separate cabin provides further privacy with two bedrooms featuring queen beds and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed. In total, the property offers 9 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.

The basement is a dedicated entertainment hub, complete with a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, and a large flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the expansive grounds, which include a croquet course, tennis/pickleball court, volleyball/badminton court, a gazebo, and large patio areas with scenic views. For those hosting professional gatherings, there is a conference and meeting room with seating for up to 50 guests and a smart TV.

Located in Somerset, Kentucky, the estate is just 5 minutes from downtown Somerset's restaurants and shops and only minutes away from the beauty of Lake Cumberland. The rural setting ensures a peaceful atmosphere, though a vehicle is recommended for exploration as public transportation is unavailable.
