• Main House: Primary bedroom with one king bed, second bedroom with one queen bed, third bedroom with a twin-sized daybed and pull-out, and fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (two full, one twin). The living room includes three sofa beds and one twin-sized air bed.
• Ohana: Fifth bedroom with one queen-sized bed and sixth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping includes one sofa bed, one twin-sized air bed, and one twin-sized roller bed.

Kona International Airport is a convenient 25-minute drive.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (max 2, under 30 lbs) with prior approval and a $150 cleaning fee.
• Hot Tub: Heating is available for an additional $100 per day; please request this in advance. Pools are not heated.
• Neighborhood: Please drive 5-10 mph to keep the area safe and quiet.
• Trash: No curbside pickup; guests must take trash to the Kealakehe Transfer Station & Recycling Center.
• Policies: No parties, events, smoking inside, or illegal substances. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Safety: Exterior cameras with noise detection are located in common outdoor areas.
