The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for variety: the primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed with two fulls and one twin. For additional guests, the home provides a twin-size daybed with a pull-out in the office, three sofa beds in the living room, and one twin-sized air bed.

But the true gem of this house lies in its pools. Yes, that's right, pools—plural! Two pristine pools grace the property, inviting you to cool off and relax under the radiant Hawaiian sun. The Kona International Airport is a convenient 25-minute drive.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. This is an owner-occupied property; however, the owner has a separate suite with a private entrance to ensure your privacy. Please note that the hot tub is available for an additional charge of $100 per day and must be requested 24 hours in advance. Pets are welcome with prior approval (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs) for an additional $150 cleaning fee. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, please keep vehicle speeds between 5-10 mph. For security, cameras with noise detection are located in the exterior common areas only.

House rules include a strict quiet hour from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, smoking, or unregistered guests are permitted. We ask that you respect the furnishings, complete your dishes, and properly dispose of all waste at the Kealakehe Transfer Station, as curbside pickup is not available on the Big Island.
