🐾 Pets This home is no longer pet friendly.

👥 Guests & Gatherings Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or extra guests.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Maximum 3 vehicles on site.

Parties or events are not permitted under any circumstances.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine.

🔇 Noise & Neighbors Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.

No loud music or disruptive noise outdoors, especially during quiet hours.

Always be respectful of our neighbors and community.

Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay.

🚭 Smoking No smoking inside the house.

Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows/doors.

Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash — not on the ground.

🫧Laundry Please check all pockets before placing clothing in the washer or dryer. Items left in pockets can damage the machines and other laundry.

🪲Keeping Bugs Out To help keep insects out of the home, please keep all exterior doors closed when not in use and avoid leaving them open for extended periods.

🏊🏻‍♂️Pool Towels White bath towels are for indoor use only. Please bring your own pool towels.

👣 Cleanliness & Respect Treat the home and furniture with care — just like you would your own.

Remove shoes indoors to help keep floors clean.

Clean up after yourself — especially in the kitchen to help us avoid ants!

Report any accidental damage right away so we can address it.

🔒 Security & Safety Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

The exterior is monitored by security cameras 24/7 for your safety and ours.

🌳 Outdoor Areas Enjoy the outdoor space respectfully.

Clean up after yourself and your group after using any outdoor area.

Keep noise levels reasonable at all times.

🏊 Pool Safety Rules

No Diving or Jumping: For safety reasons, diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed

No Glass Containers: Use only plastic or non-breakable containers in the pool area

No Running: The pool deck can be slippery — no running to avoid injuries

Children Must Be Supervised: An adult must always accompany children in the pool area

No Unsupervised Swimming: Always swim with someone nearby

Shower Before Entering: Please rinse off before using the pool to help maintain water quality

Keep Gate Closed: Always keep the pool gate securely closed to prevent unsupervised access

Please consider using spray-on sunscreen instead of the thick, creamy kind that is more difficult to clean

⚠️ Liability Waiver Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge they do so at their own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries
