The second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, its own en suite bathroom, and a second private balcony. Both rooms are appointed with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area with modern furnishings and a sunken sunroom that seamlessly brings the outdoors in. A fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island with seating.
