Two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, ensure convenience for your group.

On the main level, you will find a comfortable living and dining area perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with appliances, cookware, and a drip filter coffee maker. For your convenience, the condo includes an essentials starter pack with dishwashing liquid, basic pantry items, shampoo, hand soap, and laundry detergent. To make your beach days easy, the unit provides two lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

While structured amenities are minimal, the property offers a large oceanfront swimming pool and free off-street parking with one reserved space. Please note that this is a two-story unit accessed via steps with no elevator.
