Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout includes:

• Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed
• Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed and one bunk bed featuring two single beds
• Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed
• Common Area: One sofa bed for additional guests

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is meticulously equipped for a high-end experience. Guests can enjoy a propane fireplace for cozy gatherings, air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, a washer and dryer for convenience, and high-speed internet to stay connected.
