To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house guidelines:

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events require prior approval.
• Keep all doors closed to prevent mosquitoes and avoid triggering the alarm system.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; please use designated outdoor areas and provided ashtrays.
• Outdoor music must be turned off by 10:00 PM, and loud noise is not permitted after this time to respect neighbors.
• Glassware is strictly forbidden in the pool area for safety reasons.
