Nordic Nest is a brand-new mountain escape designed for rest, warmth, and togetherness. After a day outside, unwind in the barrel sauna, or gather around the fire pit to gaze up at the stars and the iconic Steamboat Mountain. Inside, enjoy a bright open-concept layout with soaring ceilings and the peaceful crackle of the wood stove. Set in a quiet subdivision surrounded by nature, this is a peaceful base for mountain adventures and slow, restorative stays — a place to truly settle in & recharge.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Bedroom #1 (Main Floor; The Deer Room): King bed, closet, and blackout curtains

Bedroom #2 (Main Floor; Badger Room): Queen bed, closet, and blackout curtains

Bedroom #3 (Upstairs; Owl Room): King bed, closet, and blackout curtains

Bedroom #4 (Upstairs; Fox Room): Twin-over-double bunk bed, closet, and blackout curtains


BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Primary Ensuite; Main Floor): Full bath with a stand-alone shower and a bathtub

Bathroom #2 (Upstairs): Full bath with a stand-alone shower


FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- Complete set of knives
- BBQ tongs
- Coffee maker (Drip)
- Milk frother
- Blender
- Crockpot/slow cooker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

- Coffee, tea and sugar

- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.

Guest access
PARKING
You will have access to a large driveway with space to park, as well as two parking pad spaces at the bottom of the driveway. Please note, due to the steep nature of the driveway and mountain surroundings, 4X4/AWD and winter tires are recommended for winter stays. If you're not comfortable driving up, you're welcome to park at the bottom and walk up to the cabin. The incredible views are part of the adventure. Please use the access road at your own discretion


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note that this property is equipped with exterior cameras located at the front door, access road, behind the sauna on the property line and in the backyard, which record audio and video for security purposes.
