Please note that pets are not allowed and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor parking lot area. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10 PM. Exterior security cameras and noise decibel detectors are in place for safety. Late check-out fees apply at $75 per 30 minutes after 10 AM, and a $150 fee is charged for missing keys or remotes. Only one key fob is provided per stay.
