About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain escape at Vista Azul, a gorgeous custom estate in Donnelly, Idaho, perfectly positioned to capture stunning ski-area views. Designed for groups who value both togetherness and privacy, this retreat blends a cozy atmosphere with high-end elegance, making it feel less like a rental and more like a private mountain home.

The estate features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king master suite, two guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom ideal for children featuring two sets of twin bunk beds. To maximize capacity, the living area includes additional sleeper sofas.

Inside, the open floor plan is anchored by a great room boasting vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and a striking two-story natural stone wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is built for entertaining, featuring granite countertops and a breakfast bar. For added comfort, the home includes heated floors in the master and guest bathrooms, a dedicated mud room with a washer and dryer for gear, and a 2-car garage to keep vehicles sheltered from the elements. The master suite serves as a private sanctuary, complete with its own fireplace, seating area, walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy en-suite with a soaker tub and double shower.

Outdoor living is centered around a private patio equipped with deck furniture and a BBQ, providing the perfect spot to wind down after a day of adventure. While the home does not currently have an operable private hot tub, guests have access to the communal hot tub at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows.

Located in Idaho's premier mountain resort destination, Vista Azul puts you at the doorstep of world-class skiing, golfing, hiking, and lake activities. Guests can enjoy the surrounding beauty of the alpine trails and the vibrant changing colors of the aspens during the shoulder seasons.
