Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, guests are asked to dispose of trash in the building chute and return the keys to the local expert, ensuring all windows and doors are secured.

Registration and Security:

• Every guest and visitor must be registered prior to arrival via a provided link and must present a valid passport or photo ID at the building entrance.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents or provide a notarized permission document. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• For your safety, surveillance cameras are active in the lobby and elevators; however, building security is not responsible for losses inside the unit. Guests are urged to use both locks securely.

House Policies:

• The apartment is strictly for residential, business, or leisure use; parties and meetings of any kind are prohibited.
• Smoking any substance, including tobacco and cigars, is strictly forbidden within the apartment and building premises, with a $50 USD fine for violations.
• Please maintain low noise levels, particularly late at night and during weekdays, to avoid a $150 USD fine.
• Pets are welcome, though guests are asked to be mindful and careful with their animals.
• The entry of minors for prohibited purposes is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
