PROPERTY RULES:
1. Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show their passport or valid ID at the entrance of the building.
2. ALL CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR HAVE NOTARIZED PERMISSION.
3. The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, commercial or leisure purposes. Parties of any kind are not allowed.
4. Any damage caused to the apartment or to the property's furnishings must be reported and will be charged.
5. In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6. Smoking any type of substance in the building and in the apartment, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited. There is a charge of $50.00 USD if you are found smoking inside.
7. It is not allowed to leave any type of items or objects with the security guards in the building.
8. Pets are allowed, but you have to be careful.
9. SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ANY DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
10. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11. Each time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning and lights, and leave the windows and front door closed.
12. Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. There is an extra charge for a locksmith. Each additional set of keys costs $25.00 USD.
13. To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible with the consumption of water and electricity.
14. Building security is not responsible for losses inside the apartment. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and elevators.
15. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please throw the trash from the apartment in the dumpster and return the keys to the host. Be sure to let us know your departure time and leave the windows and door locked.
*Please keep noise down, especially on weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine Extra cleaning services are charged additionally By confirming the reservation, you accept these rules.
