Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that this is a private suite within a boutique hotel; first-floor common areas are shared. Parking is very limited, with only one shared spot available on a first-come, first-served basis; street parking and paid lots are nearby. Kitchen use is limited to the microwave, refrigerator, and butler's pantry, as the main stove is off-limits. Pets are not allowed by default, but approved pets (max 25lbs) require a mandatory screening, a $50 nightly fee, and a $150 cleaning fee. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Quiet hours are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment, and only registered guests are permitted on-site.
