• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed
• Parking: On-property only (maximum 10 cars); street parking is strictly prohibited
• Quiet Hours: Monitored electronically from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM outdoors and 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM indoors
• Restrictions: No smoking inside or within 20 ft of the building; no loud or amplified music
• Events: No weddings or large events; small family or business events require host approval
• Pool: Use at own risk (no lifeguard). Pool is solar heated; propane heating is available for an additional market rate with a 2-day minimum and 2-day advance notice
• Access: Guests have access to all areas except attic access, two staff storage closets, and the film studio (available by appointment and fee only)
• Fees: Undisclosed guests are subject to a $100 per person/per day fee. A $75 assessment fee plus $150 per hour labor charge applies if the property is not left in its original condition.
