We offer flexible check-in and check-out days. In most cases, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out: no later than 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

During certain periods, specific arrival and departure days may apply. These dates are marked in blue on the availability calendar. Maximum occupancy

The facilities, equipment, and services available at the accommodation are adapted to the maximum number of guests indicated.

The maximum number of guests allowed cannot be exceeded. Pets

Do you want to bring a pet? Request authorization before booking. Pets are only allowed with prior written authorization. A surcharge may apply. Costs and services included

The total price of the stay is shown on the booking form. Depending on the selected stay and booking, the price may include:
Initial and final cleaning Bedding Bath towels Cleaning during the stay Beach towels for all guests, 180 cm by 85 cm

Heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price. When not included, the corresponding costs will be calculated and displayed on the booking form.

Gas and electricity are also included, except for any optional energy costs that may be indicated separately on the booking form. Additional services

Our accommodations have the usual amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Depending on the home, they may include:

Accommodations with outdoor space have garden furniture and lounge chairs. These items may not be available in apartments or accommodations without a private garden or terrace. House Rules Respect for neighbors and quiet hours

Please respect the neighbors and the surroundings throughout your stay.

A strict quiet time is enforced every day from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. During these hours, loud conversations, music and any other activity that may cause disturbance must be avoided. Bookings by people under 30

Guests under 30 years of age who are staying solely with other guests under 30 years of age may only make a reservation with the prior written permission of the booking agent.

Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of the booking. Parties and events

It is not permitted to hold parties or events at the property without prior written permission from the owner or booking agent.

A gathering is considered a party or event when the number of people present exceeds twice the maximum occupancy allowed as indicated in the rental agreement.

The authorization request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the planned party or event. The owner or booking agent may reject the request or set additional conditions and costs.

If a party or event is held without the necessary authorization, the rental agreement may be terminated immediately. The main guest will be responsible for all costs arising from additional cleaning, damage, nuisance, or disturbance. Music and noise

Music and other sounds may not be audible outside the boundaries of the property unless prior written authorization has been granted by the owner or booking agent.

When a party or event is authorized, the main guest must comply with all applicable legal provisions and local noise regulations.
Neighbors who may be affected must be informed in advance. The main guest will need to obtain all necessary municipal or administrative permits. All additional conditions set by the owner or booking agent must be met.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and the collection of additional costs for damages, cleaning, inconvenience, or alterations. Deposit

Some properties require a security deposit. When applicable, the amount will be clearly indicated on the booking form. Payments

Outstanding payments upon arrival can be made in cash or by credit card. Checks are not accepted.

To speed up check-in, we recommend that you pay any outstanding amounts before arrival.
