Practical information about your booking, arrival, departure, payments, accommodation facilities, additional services and house rules. Check-in and check-out

We offer flexible arrival and departure options. In most cases, you can arrive and leave on any day of the week.
Check-in: from 16:00 on your arrival date. Check-out: no later than 09:30 on your departure date.

During certain periods, specific arrival and departure dates may apply. These dates are marked in blue on the availability calendar. Maximum occupancy

The facilities, equipment and available services are based on the maximum occupancy stated for the accommodation.

The maximum permitted number of guests may not be exceeded. Pets

Would you like to bring a pet? Please request permission before making your booking. Pets are only permitted after written approval, and an additional charge may apply. Included costs and services

The total price of your stay is shown on the booking form. Depending on the selected accommodation and booking, the price may include:
Initial and final cleaning Bed linen Bath towels Cleaning during your stay Beach towels for all guests, measuring 180 cm by 85 cm

Heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price. When they are not included, the applicable costs will be calculated and displayed on the booking form.

Gas and electricity are also included, except for optional energy charges shown separately on the booking form. Additional services

Our accommodations are equipped with the standard items needed for a comfortable stay. Depending on the property, these may include:

Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for outdoor areas. These may not be available at apartments or accommodations without a private garden or terrace. House rules Respect for neighbours and quiet hours

Please respect the neighbours and the surrounding area throughout your stay.

Strict quiet hours apply every day from 22:00 until 08:00 the following morning. During these hours, guests must avoid loud conversations, music and any other activity that may cause disturbance. Bookings by guests under 30

Guests under 30 years of age who are staying only with other guests under 30 may only make a booking with prior written permission from the booking agent.

Failure to obtain this permission may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Parties and events

Parties and events are not permitted at the accommodation without prior written permission from the property owner or booking agent.

A gathering is considered a party or event when the number of people present is more than twice the maximum permitted occupancy stated in the rental agreement.

A written request for permission must be submitted at least 30 days before the planned event. The property owner or booking agent may refuse the request or impose additional conditions and charges.

If a party or event is organised without the required permission, the rental agreement may be terminated immediately. The lead guest will be responsible for all costs resulting from additional cleaning, damage, nuisance or disturbance. Music and noise

Music and other sounds must not be audible outside the boundaries of the accommodation unless prior written permission has been granted by the property owner or booking agent.

When permission is granted for a party or event, the lead guest must comply with all applicable laws and local noise regulations.
Neighbours who may be affected must be informed in advance. The lead guest must obtain all required municipal or other permits. All additional conditions imposed by the property owner or booking agent must be followed.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges for damage, cleaning, nuisance or disturbance. Security deposit

Some accommodations require a security deposit. When applicable, the amount will be clearly shown on the booking form. Payments

Payments due on arrival can be made in cash or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

To save time during check-in, we recommend completing any outstanding payment before your arrival.
