This spacious two-level home is designed for groups, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and enough space to comfortably accommodate 14 guests. The layout is thoughtfully distributed across two floors to maximize privacy and comfort:

Upper Floor:

• A luxurious King bedroom featuring an en-suite full bathroom with a tub
• An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering
• A secondary bonus TV room equipped with a sofa bed for additional guests

Lower Floor:

• A King bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom and glass shower
• A Queen bedroom with shared bathroom access
• A dedicated bunk room featuring two sets of bunks (twin-over-twin and queen-over-queen)
• A full hallway bathroom

Located just steps from the lifts and a short 4-minute walk to the Over Easy Gondola, you are perfectly positioned for effortless mountain access. • Parking: Free private underground parking for one car (garage clearance: 8'7"); additional paid parking is available across the street

• Policies: Pets are not allowed
• Fees: There are no resort fees, however, all bookings are subject to a $70 damage insurance policy requested through the dashboard after booking
