The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds) and a TCL Smart TV, while Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a TCL Smart TV.

Part of the house dates back to 1881, with the mansion portion completed in 1893. Being just half a block from Main Street, most town attractions are reachable by foot.
