This private third-floor loft offers a thoughtful layout designed for groups. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. Bedroom 1 is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (four single beds) and a TCL Smart TV, while Bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen bed and its own TCL Smart TV.

Located in Leadville's National Historic Landmark District, the property is part of the historic Governor's Mansion, once home to former Governor Jesse McDonald. Built between 1881 and 1893, this estate was designed to entertain guests traveling through town. You are perfectly positioned just half a block from Main Street, making most local spots reachable by foot. Nature lovers are only 12 minutes from Lake Turquoise, 26 minutes from the Mt. Elbert Trailhead, and within easy reach of Copper Mountain (25 mins) and Vail Ski Resort (47 mins).

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (max 2) with a $60 fee. Pets must never be left unattended at the property; violations may result in a $100 fine or early check-out.
• House Rules: No smoking, no events, and no children or infants. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Important Notes: This property does not have air conditioning. Guests will receive a guidebook link via email for check-in details and pet fee collection. For stays longer than 15 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 applies. Due to the 10,000-foot elevation, guests should be mindful of altitude sickness.
