We're delighted to host you. Please help us ensure that everyone's stay is pleasant by following these house rules.

Noise and Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM, to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

Occupancy and Visitors: Only guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are permitted during the day but should leave by 10 PM. Please notify us in advance if you expect more than three visitors at any time.

Parties and Events: Parties and large events are strictly prohibited to prevent noise complaints and damage to the property.

Smoking and Illegal Substances: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment! Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided. All illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property and will be reported to the authorities!

Pets: Pets are in general not allowed! However against prior approval exceptions can be made. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb the neighbors. An additional charge for deep cleaning is applicable.

Parking: Guests may park in the designated spots. Please do not park on any other parking spot.

Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you are not in the property to keep your belongings safe and secure. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of all garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins provided.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and maintenance.

Access Cards: Please take care of your access cards. In case an acces card is lost or misplaced a penalty of 500 AED is applicable.

Damage and Cleaning: We understand accidents happen but do ask that you report any damages during your stay. Please leave the property tidy with rubbish put away.

Left Behind Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind after your departure. If we find something, we will attempt to retrieve and hold items for 14 days, after which they will be donated or disposed of.

Respecting Property and Amenities: Treat the home with respect. Do not remove or rearrange furniture, and ensure all appliances are turned off after use to prevent damage and conserve energy.

Windows: please keep the windows and balcony doors shut while the AC is switched on to avoid condensation and damage on the AC unit
