Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note a late check-out fee of $75 per hour applies. To complete your booking, a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required; the primary guest must be at least 22 years old. All guests must sign a rental usage agreement and may be subject to a background check. A $150 security hold is required on a credit card, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Strict policies are in place to ensure a quality stay: this is a smoke-free and party-free environment. Smoking anywhere on the premises—including balconies and parking areas—is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay and fees starting at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 fee for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, monitored by decibel sensors. Weapons and drugs are strictly forbidden with zero tolerance.

Pets are welcome with specific restrictions: maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined weight), excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-$300 applies based on the length of stay. Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay.
