Located in the charming Canoas neighborhood, Casa Orquídea sits directly in front of the beautiful Cuale River, where guests can enjoy fresh river breezes and the soothing sound of flowing water. You are just three blocks from the lively Romantic Zone, placing you within easy walking distance of renowned restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, and vibrant nightlife. The beach is approximately one mile away, accessible via a pleasant stroll through colorful streets or a quick ride.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including terraces and balconies, per State of Jalisco law.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (No parties or loud music).
• Maintenance: The gardener visits Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM). The pool technician accesses the rooftop via the house on Tuesdays and Thursdays (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM); the pool is unavailable during this time.
• Additional Notes: A staff member visits daily between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM to feed the pond fish. Please do not throw food or objects into the water. This home shares a common garden and main entrance with Studio Orquídea, though both units maintain private access points.
