The layout is completed by two full bathrooms, both of which include a tub/shower combo.

Inside the home, you will find high-end finishes including granite countertops and beautiful tile flooring throughout. The space is thoughtfully equipped with a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for family meals. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. One of the most stunning features is the Gulf-front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom, providing an unbelievable vantage point for unforgettable sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf.

Located just 1/4 mile west of Pier Park, the resort is the first building you will encounter when driving from the airport. The neighborhood is a hub of excitement, offering premier outdoor shopping and dining at Pier Park, as well as attractions like Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Gulf World Marine Park. Whether you are visiting for summer thrills or winter events like Gulf Coast Jam, the location is unbeatable.
