Designed for comfort and efficiency, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The sleeping arrangements follow a traditional Japanese style with a double shikifuton and a single shikifuton, complemented by hotel-style pillows and cozy quilts. As this is a futon-style room, guests will set up their own bedding and are encouraged to fold them during the day to maximize the available living space.

- House Rules: No smoking (including the street), no pets, no parties, and no shoes inside. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
- Policies: Foreign guests must provide a passport copy via the online form before arrival. Late check-outs incur a fee of ¥5,000 per hour.
- Long Stays (14+ nights): Require an e-lease agreement and a refundable credit card deposit starting from ¥100,000.
- Maintenance: Please sort garbage properly and flush only toilet paper to avoid a ¥50,000 unclogging fee.

Quiet time after 9p.m. ⑦ Please turn off the AC when you go out. ⑧ Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Overtime checkout will be subject to overtime compensation. ⑨ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ¥29,000. ⑩ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. ⑪ Please do not rearrange the furniture. ⑫ Please do your dishes. ⑬ Please sort your garbage and put it in the correct trash bin. If you have to take out the trash, make sure you tie the bag tightly. ⑭ No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation. ⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival. ⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability. ⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room. ⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
