Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM via contactless electronic door code, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. A signed rental agreement with a photo ID is required for the city rental license. Pets are not allowed. Please note a $100 refundable deposit is required for the garage entry key fobs. BBQ grills are prohibited on the premises, though charcoal is permitted on the beach sand. During March and Easter, security wristbands are required and restrictions apply, limiting occupancy to immediate families only.
