• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM via E-lock system
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (infants included in count)
• Parking: 1 included off-street gated space; additional vehicles may be parked at city-owned lots on Gulf Blvd
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Non-smoking rental
• Restrictions: No BBQ grills of any kind allowed on the property
• Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must inquire about additional requirements prior to booking
• Special Fees: In March (Spring Break), a mandatory HOA Security Wristband fee of $25 per person plus 17% tax applies. For stays between March 4th and April 4th, a one-time Resort Fee of $33 applies to guests aged 10 to 32.
