• Requirements: Rental agreement and photo ID required; guests under 25 must inquire about additional requirements
• Special Fees: During March (Spring Break), a $25 per person fee plus 17% occupancy tax is required for HOA security wristbands. Different resort fees may apply from March 4th to April 4th for guests aged 10-32.
