As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. 📌 PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: Our property is pet friendly , but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:

✤ NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues.

✤ No constant barking nor disturbances is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behave and will be trained to be quiet.

✤ Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 30lb limit and $75 PER ANIMAL PER MONTH DOG FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE).

✤ Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time

✤ Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents.

✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly and bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless. Any damage caused by an animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you.

✤ You will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property. Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking.

📌 SECURITY DEPOSIT: ✤ It will be returned after no damage is found. ✤ The primary guest(s) will be responsible for any excess cost of repair, cleaning or replacement required as a result of damage caused by the guests and their invitees during the stay. The deposit will also be returned so long as following provisions are met during your stay:

1. No damage is done to the hoצק or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. 2)The primary guest was staying at property during reservation along with other guests mentioned when making reservation. And if the total number of overnight guests do not exceed the number in the agreement.
2. You respect the quiet hours (meaning no calls from police or neighbors).
3. No pets were brought with you that is not declared.

📌 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED: ✤ We require that all guests must be declared, regardless of whether they are staying or just visiting. Staying guests must be registered and acknowledged. Failure to register or declare any guests will result in a penalty of $15 per guest, per day.

📌 SECURITY CAMERA: ✤ For everyone's safety and security, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior part (no cameras inside the house). Guests must not switch them off, cover them, tamper with them, move them or obstruct their view. Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds.

📌 EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: ✤We do have a charge or $15/hr. for early check-in and late check-out.

📌 EATING OR DRINKING: ✤ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

📌 SMOKING: ✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. There will be a $150.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house.

📌 DRUGS: ✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

📌 PARTIES: ✤ NOT ALLOWED and If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

📌 QUIET HOURS: ✤ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

📌 OTHER: ✤ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear (animal damage does not constitute normal wear and tear) will be charged to you.

📌 PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 government-imposed travel restrictions may impact your travel plans. Please be sure to check and follow government guidelines for travel in this area.
