The ground floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a King bed and an en suite full bath with a walk-in all-tile shower, making it ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with two full beds and a third bedroom designed as a bunkroom with two built-in queen-sized bunks rated for up to 400 lbs each. These two upper rooms share a convenient jack-and-jill full bath with a new tile shower. For additional flexibility, an airbed with a pump is provided (bedding not included).

The open-concept living space is designed for connection, featuring near-new finishes, white quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a massive 75" Smart TV paired with a full sectional. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly into the living area, ensuring the cook stays part of the action, though please note there is no dishwasher. Up to 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee, provided they are not left alone to bark or allowed on furniture or in the pool area. Please set the thermostat to 78 degrees upon departure.
