Located just half a block from public beach access point number 7, this ground-floor retreat puts the sand and surf within a less than two-minute walk, making it an unbeatable choice for your next beach vaca.

This approximately 950 sq ft space is designed for privacy and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and an airbed in the living room (guests are asked to bring their own bedding if using the airbed).

Enjoy the ease of ground-floor living with both a front patio and a private back patio that overlooks the pool area—perfect for kids to enjoy after a big day at the beach. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes, opening into a dining and living area with an eat-in counter and dining table to help save on meal costs. For entertainment and work, each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and WiFi is available throughout the unit.

Located in the vibrant entertainment district, you are just a short stroll from dozens of local bars and restaurants. Whether you are seeking a refreshing cocktail or a lively night out, the island energy is right at your doorstep.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Door codes provided via text by 3 PM)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: 1 off-street space for a regular-sized vehicle. Additional free parking is available at the Intermodal Transportation Center or along Gulf Blvd. (Note: Golf carts are considered vehicles)
• Pets: Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a fee of $75 per pet plus tax. Pets cannot be left unattended, are prohibited on furniture, and are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
• Age Requirement: Primary tenant must be 25+ and present at check-in. An E-sign rental agreement and photo ID are required after booking.
• House Rules: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. No parties, smoking, or loud noises are permitted.
• Departure Checklist: Set thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and take trash to the dumpster to avoid a $150 cleaning fee.

We provide a starter pack of linens, towels, and basic soaps, as well as dishwasher pods and coffee, though these are not replenished during the stay. We want your stay to be awesome and look forward to welcoming you to South Padre Island!
