This spacious unit is the backside of a unique duplex and is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include queen and full beds for couples in two of the bedrooms, while the third bedroom is just right for four kids, featuring two trundle beds and singles. While the home can host 10 people, there is comfortable space for 8; an airbed and pump are provided for additional guests (please bring your own bedding for the airbed).

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Door codes provided via text on arrival day)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Off-street parking for 2 regular-sized cars (front to back). Additional free parking is available on Gulf Blvd or at the Intermodal Transportation Center.
• Pets: Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a $75 fee per pet.
• Age Requirement: Primary tenant must be 25+ and present at check-in. Groups under 25 must contact management for additional requirements.
• Requirements: An E-sign rental agreement and photo ID are required after booking.
• House Rules: No smoking, no parties, and no loud noises. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the dumpster to avoid a $150 cleaning fee.
• Spring Break (March 8-23): Guests under 25 must pay a $1,000-$1,500 refundable damage deposit per HOA requirements.
