This ground-floor apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 with a brand new kitchen and furniture, offering a peek-a-boo view of the water and the perfect setting for a family getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom is a private retreat for parents, featuring a king size bed, a smart TV, and access to a private patio with views of the beautiful Bahia Mar grounds. It also includes an en suite bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower. The guest room provides two queen size beds and a flat-screen TV, sharing a second bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower. For additional sleeping space, a couch and a queen sized blow-up airbed are available; please note that guests using these must bring their own additional bedding.

Location & Neighborhood Situated on the northern side of the island within the resort-like Bahia Mar, you are within walking distance of famous beachfront locales including Clayton's Beach Bar, Barry's Beach Bar, Bar Louies, and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar. For fine dining, the new Oysters Cove is walkable, and Sea Turtle Inc offers a great experience for both adults and children.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets and BBQ grills are strictly prohibited on the property, though charcoal grills may be used on the beach. Two parking permits are provided; extras are not available. Guests must be 25 years of age or older, and an E-sign rental agreement with a photo ID is required after booking. Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that in March, the HOA requires security wristbands at a fee of $35 plus tax per occupant.
