Experience South Padre Island from the heights of Saida Towers III, Unit 1001. Perched on the 10th floor of the complex's largest tower, this beachfront retreat offers breathtaking views of the Gulf, the resort pools, and the sprawling grounds below.

This spacious layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping configuration is built for real groups: the master bedroom features a King bed with a private en suite bathroom and a direct beach view. The second bedroom offers an adult-sized bunk bed with two full-sized mattresses, and the third bedroom contains a Queen bed. For additional guests, the living room includes two couches and a provided double-sized airbed with a pump (please bring your own bedding for the couches and airbed).

The interior boasts an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for family meals, flowing into the dining area and a living room with a flat-screen Smart TV. Every bedroom also includes its own TV. Step outside onto the oversized patio, a spot in a class of its own where the group naturally gravitates to watch the day drop into the sea with morning coffee or sunset margaritas.

As part of a resort-complete complex, you have access to:

• Three pools, including an Olympic-sized lap pool and a heated beachfront pool (heated Dec 1 – April 1)
• Three Texas-sized heated jacuzzis
• Four tennis and pickleball courts
• Weekend poolside bar and grill

Located on the south end of the island, you are within easy walking distance of the restaurant strip. Step out the front gate to find Russo's Italian, Kohnami Japanese, Johnny Rockets, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Within a half-mile is the top-rated Yummies, and a mile away you'll find Beach Park SPI and Dirty Al's famous fried shrimp.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Primary guest must be 23+ (25+ during March/Easter). A signed digital rental agreement and photo ID are required.
• No smoking, no parties, no pets, and no loud music. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM.
• A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning supplies is provided but not replenished.
• March and Easter Weekend: A mandatory HOA security wristband fee of $25-$35 per person applies for guests aged 13 to 33.
• Beach towels and sports equipment (rackets/balls) are not provided.
