Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (though 6 is ideal). The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with adult-sized full bunk beds and a single bed. For additional guests, the living room includes two couches. The layout is uniquely designed with en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom, plus a convenient half bath off the living room for those using the couches.

Inside, you will find a clean, all-tile interior—perfect for those with allergies—and high 12-foot ceilings that create an airy feel. The small but fully equipped kitchen features granite and stainless steel finishes, making it easy to prepare breakfasts and quick lunches. • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Primary tenant must be 25+ years old and present at check-in
• E-sign rental agreement and photo ID required after booking
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs or birds allowed ($75 non-refundable fee per pet). Pets cannot be left alone to bark or be on furniture
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
• No smoking, no parties, and no BBQing on property
• Check-out requirements: Thermostat set to 78 degrees, dishes in dishwasher, and all trash removed to the dumpster
• Special Spring Break Terms (March 8-23): Main guest must be 25+ or a $500 refundable damage deposit is required
