Designed for large gatherings, the property features a 7-bedroom and 7-bathroom configuration with 7 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The layout consists of a two-story beachfront main house and garden guesthouses. On the main level of the villa, you will find a full modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for ten to twelve, and a comfortably furnished living area equipped with Satellite and Smart TV. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located on this level—one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed—both featuring sliding glass doors that lead directly to the pool and deck.

The second level of the villa hosts a large air-conditioned master suite with a King bed, private bath, and a private oceanside terrace offering beautiful views. A second large bedroom on this level also features a private bath and air conditioning, containing a King bed and a Queen bed separated by a partition wall. For additional privacy, the garden guesthouses offer three more air-conditioned rooms: a lower-level studio with two Queen beds and two upper-floor rooms each featuring a King bed and private ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, the property transforms into a tropical paradise. A blue-tiled sparkling swimming pool with a generous patio and deck area sits on the ocean side of the property, complemented by shade palapas and beach lounge chairs. Guests can explore the sandy bottom bay, which is pristine for snorkeling and swimming, using the provided kayaks. A large second-level terrace is perfect for a hammock siesta while looking out over the bay.

Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, the area is renowned for its natural beauty and opportunities for outdoor adventure, including the chance to witness nesting sea turtles and hatchlings on the white sands.
