The villa is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to provide flexibility for groups. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, while three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Four of the bedrooms face the ocean and open onto private terraces, while the fifth bedroom offers a peaceful view of the tropical garden and jungle. In total, the home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Every bedroom is a private sanctuary equipped with its own air conditioning and a Smart TV. Sleeping arrangements include three rooms with King beds (one convertible) and two rooms featuring double beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Outside, the property is a paradise of relaxation. A private swimming pool is tucked away on the garden side of the home, providing a cool retreat surrounded by lush greenery. While the shoreline immediately in front of the property is rocky and does not provide water access, a traditional sandy beach is approximately a five-minute walk away. The location is also ideal for day trips to Tulum, cenotes, and Maya ruins.
