The property is designed for those who love "hanging out" together. The layout features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests across the main house, a separate casita, and a tower. Sleeping arrangements include a third-floor primary suite with a king bed and private palapa-covered terrace, a ground-floor casita with a king bed, a tower bedroom with a queen bed and sweeping views, and two second-floor bedrooms—one with two queen beds and another with a king bed (plus a sofa bed available upon request). Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom.

Practical details: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum age to book is 18. Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday. For an extra special stay, optional chef service packages are available (ranging from 3 to 7 days or single meals), and laundry services can be arranged for an additional fee.
