The home is designed for relaxation and group gatherings, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds (all King), and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are generous, with each bedroom hosting a King bed and a Smart TV. The master suite includes an attached private bathroom and a cozy window seat, while the third bedroom is an expansive space featuring its own sitting room with a sofa and coffee table.

The interior is characterized by an open floor plan, most notably in the living room which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Guests can lounge on a large Crate and Barrel sectional or gather in the dining area with seating for six. The custom kitchen is fully equipped for any meal, featuring a live-edge bar top, oven, dishwasher, Keurig, and a drip coffee machine.

Outdoor living is where this retreat truly shines. Set on a fenced-in 1-acre lot, the exterior is packed with amenities for ultimate wellness. Guests can take a dip in the private saltwater pool, unwind in the indoor hot tub accessible from both the house and the deck, or detox in the 6-person traditional barrel sauna with a Harvia heater. The grounds also include multiple decks with seating, modern loungers, and a relaxing hammock.

Located in Powells Point, the property is perfectly situated just 12 minutes from the beautiful OBX beaches and only 3 minutes from the H2OBX waterpark.

• A washer and dryer are available; please shake out sand from all items before use to prevent machine damage
