The villa is thoughtfully designed to maximize its oceanfront setting. The ground floor features an open floor plan where the living, dining, and kitchen areas look straight out to the beach through an entire wall of full-length sliding glass doors, providing fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea. The living room is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV, satellite, DVD, and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and complements a dining space that accommodates eight guests with a backdrop of the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and versatility. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, a guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and features an adjoining guest bathroom, with sliding doors that lead directly onto the private terrace and beach. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, ample closet space, and nicely finished en suite bathrooms that offer the unique experience of ocean views from the shower. This level also includes front and back terraces, allowing you to enjoy both jungle scenery and the sparkling sea, making it a lovely place to watch the millions of stars in the Caribbean night sky.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The beachfront side features a shaded terrace, a large private area of beach, and a shade palapa with sunken seating. For those who enjoy alfresco meals, there is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 8, along with plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the sun.

Please note that south winds may occasionally bring Sargasso seaweed to the beaches of the Riviera Maya, which can impact water entry. Regardless of the tides, the area offers countless adventures that remain unaffected by the seaweed.
