HOUSE RULES
- Rental Agreement will need to be signed after your booking. Please see link in welcome message after booking.
- No smoking inside of the home but outside is fine
- No pets (If pets are brought without hosts permission there will be a $400 infraction fee and ended reservation)
- No events

- Outside shower and tubs are turned off for the winter season. It shuts off starting December and reopens mid March.
- Sauna annd hot tub are functional year round.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Throw away anything in refrigerator and freezer
- Take trash from each trash can (kitchen and bathroom) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean with the dishwasher or if no dishwasher please hand wash. Cleaners will put away.
- Cleaners will strip the beds the guest does not have to.
EXTERNAL CAMERA
- There is one external surveillance camera mounted outside overlooking the walkway leading to the entrance of the treehouse. Just like a hotel this is in place to protect guests, the hosts and the building.
- There is another external camera located on the front of the main home located at the front of the property angled towards the driveway.
SAUNA SAFETY
- Inspect interior of sauna prior turning on especially the rocks. No items should be on rocks.
- Exit immediately if uncomfortable dizzy or sleepy.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health or under medical care.
- Breathing heated air in conjunction with consumption of alcohol, drugs or medication may cause unconsciousness.
- Do not remove rocks from heater and do not touch heater.
- Close door when finished with Sauna.
